Atheistbus wants to add Calgary to stops

Atheistbus reports its ad for the TTC has been approved. And it looks like Calgary is next on the schedule.

Justin Trottier, president of the Toronto-based Freethought Association, said Calgarians have been major contributors to the campaign, which he says has raised close to $30,000 across Canada.

“About half our donations have come from outside Ontario, with a lot of response from Calgary and Halifax,” said Trottier.

I got really excited there for a moment because I thought the Atheist Bus was a bus that travelled the country like Mobile Livre. I thought it would be fun to take my daughter there and take a photo of her in place of the baptism photos her Catholic grandparents are hoping for and will never get.
